In order to accommodate our customers increasing requests for gluten free options, we are proud to announce the following:
We now use potato starch instead of wheat flour in most of our costings. This give us the flexibility to make a large number of our dishes gluten free. While the dish will not tasted exactly the same as its non-gluten free counterpart, Chef Jimmy put a lot of thought into designing that gluten free sauce that comes close.
We have also made a conscientious effort to incorporate gluten free dishes into our monthly fresh list.
You will also see that our menu has been updated to clearly indicate which dishes are designed as gluten free and which dishes have a gluten free option available.
